I am still taking a break from dieting. My operation is next week, and I spent last week sick ... medicine had sugar in it and I noticed that alone stopped my weight loss.
I am going to get the operation over with, and then I am going to start 'step 2'. I figure that if I break my diet into 2 x 30lb segments, then I can already celebrate the completion of one - and the second one will appear more attainable.
