The holidays are just days. Most people struggle because they give themselves permission to be gluttonous. I am sure that is not was the intention of Jesus.

It doesn't mean you haven't changed just because the holidays came around and you ate more. Most of the weight will come off very quickly. We get back to normal and once again concentrate on being healthy and having a healthy weight. That is what matters.

I have been watching old episodes of The Biggest Loser for inspiration to tackle tough workouts. I saw the holidays as a BL Challenge and refused to participate. But, whether we partook or didn't, it's not the end of the world. Persistence pays off. We've got this!
