Workout #16 of December, #12 for reimbursement, and #127 for 2019 today. Some lower back soreness waking up (along w pec soreness), so I considered not going. But as always, I'm glad I did go. Good workout. Heavy legs. Let's see how they are tomorrow. 127 workouts is new personal record for workouts in a year.
Workouts #14 and 15 of December, #12 for reimbursement, and #125 and 126 for 2019 yesterday. I would have stayed and played longer but had to go to Christmas party. Extra special alone time w trainer yielded lots of extra running and burpees, so sore pectorals the next morning, but no pain leaving the gym, which is great.
