Was a chaperone for my daughter's band to Disneyland in California during the first week of April. Treated to VERY large meals several times. THREE times the meals included literally HALF a chicken. SICK of chicken. Didn't eat much of the chicken, about 6oz. Felt bloated after the trip, but I am feeling more like myself now.
Exercising the heck out of myself. Zumba for one hour twice a week and TBC (Total Body Conditioning) for 50 minutes twice a week. TBC really gets my heart rate up. I turn entirely RED.
Decided not to do the Bloomsday run. Too far away. Instead plan to enjoy the more local tulip festival and a ferry ride to the San Juan islands with my daughter and exchange daughter.
Trying to eat more sensibly. Things were all out of whack while my mom was living with us. She passed away in the beginning of March, so I have had most of a month to come up for air. Mom was SO sick the last month before she passed, I was literally caring for her around the clock, and only napping, not really sleeping. I miss her.
