itu isinya :
* 2 butir telur dicampur sama 50 gram suwiran dada ayam dan 100 gram tahu putih di cincang + tambahin bumbu sesuai selera (royco juga gapapa loh, itu 0 kcal dan udah enak)
* Brokoli sekitar 60 gram, direbus
* Kentang rebus 40 gram, terus dihancurkan (mashed)
Btw, ini proteinnya emang sengaja dibanyakin, hehe...
