I worked out like CRAZY yesterday... Muscles are sore. Just had my morning bathroom time.. and not around the scale now.. so I am not actually this weight.. I *know* that. :D This is post-workout gain.. nothing more. I am NOT stopping working out because the scale decided to do what it did..
