looks balanced! for some reason I perform better with workouts on an empty stomach and a large McDonald's coffee... lol. whatever works is good! 👍💪

I don't mean to be interested but I just started weight lifting and I had a couple of questions for you if you don't mind........... how many carbs do you consume each day, why egg whites instead of whole eggs, how do you choose your protein powder, and how do you get over the overwhelming tired with low carb and lifting?
