aww man my family from England flew in today, they come here and spend hours in Wal-mart & bring back a bunch of fattening unhealthy junk food that they cant buy back home in England and torture us with it! My mom made a delicious gumbo, and there is a bunch of liquor! I ate & drank so much today, when i get around my family this always happens LOL..I didnt even get a chance to go to the gym trying to get them settled in and helping my mom cook & clean to make them comfortable...hopefully I can get to the gym tomorrow and work off some of this food!!!

I agree with Sasha. Don't sweat the small stuff. If you keep an even keel the rest of the time these little splurges aren't that bad. Take this weekend for example. There's a UFC on saturday, and for me that means, drinks, barbeque and munchies. I know I'm going to go out of my budget so I don't sweat it. C'est la vie! Enjoy the time with the family and bask in their love. Then punish the gym equipment once you get the time.

One day won't kill everything you'd worked so hard for. You said you are going back to the gym and back on your diet so do that but yes enjoy your time with your family.
