Water Weight
I didnt stay in my RDI yesterday, but I didnt go over Maint either so Im ok with that. I worked hard all day, and then the stupid cookies got me last night. I knew those would be trouble.
Anyway, today is another fight to stay on track, say no to things that my body doesnt need, and nourish my body - inside and out - in a healthy way.
I have a bazillion things to do today but I will NOT skip the gym to do them.
