早餐:代餐奶昔、椰片坚果燕麦片、鸡蛋白
午餐:南瓜230g、炸鸡420g,奥利奥炒酸奶230g
晚餐:南瓜230g
中午练了会腰腹,40分钟
晚上练腿,有氧爬坡。
今中午练完看到美团有优惠卷,没忍住又点了炸鸡外卖,这会撑的要死,晚上好好练腿消化消化吧。
