@floeereea,,,aku jg lbh suka workoit n dumbel dirumah...tp kata dokter giziku diimbangi lati dan jalan cepat min 3-4x seminggu 45 menit..ya sudah..kita laksanakan..kl dirasa kirang joss..samp rumah lgsg zumba n work out liat youtube😂😂
