Blew it this weekend though not too badly. Ate reasonable amounts of food and tried to eat well when possible. It's tough to pass up all those good beers that the guys bring to the track though.
The true test here is not that I had a bad weekend. It's getting back on board with the plan. If I can do that then blowing a weekend will mean nothing in the long term. It's not realistic to never have a bad day or weekend, but if I can get back on board, everything will be fine and I won't feel bad about it.
