I proudly told my office of women today that I have lost exactly 22 pounds. I was so proud to tell them!!!! Even though I may not look like it, in my heart I felt smaller. I am feeling great and wanting to do more. Now if I can just get all of this stress to leave...I will be doing even better. I am trying to not let things get to me though. It's tough but I am working on it.
