I have decided to go back to phase 1. I have been stuck for the past week and can't seem to drop lower then 179. I go to the gym every day and have been doing cardio and weight training with that being the case, I think the problem must be in the diet. So, back to phase 1. I am feeling great. I love being able to pull anything out of my closet or drawers and I know that it will fit or be big. I decided that I'm not going shopping until I reach my goal so...I guess baggy is the fashion statement I'm making! LOL .
