I wanted to share the excel chart I created using a formula Russell B posted on his blog. It shows various RDI's based on what amount I want to lose a week. This week, I've decided I want to lose 4lbs based on working out 3-4 days. I find that is doable with an RDI of 1432 calories. I'll report next week on whether using this formula will help. Here's to getting back on track.

View Diet Calendar, 23 August 2010:
1121 kcal Fat: 30.60g | Prot: 85.64g | Carbs: 128.67g.   Breakfast: gala apple, weight control banana bread. Lunch: rold gold tiny twists, iceburg lettuce, red tomato, Gourmet Lite Breast of Turkey, hellmann's mayo. Dinner: coke zero, classico alfredo, frozen french cut green beans, kraft parmesan, daisy sour cream, Shirataki Noodles, laughing cow light swiss cheese spread, wild salmon. Snacks/Other: laughing cow swiss, wasa rye. more...

Oooooooooow!! Thanks for sharing!! I've been MIA from the forums for the last fews days & have forgotten to check his blog. I must give this a try & see if this number game would work for me = p Even if it doesn't, playing w/ numbers is always fun. Glad to see you back Mel! Missed you = )

Thanks for sharing Mel. I love Excel and i use it for so many other things in my life from schedules to Budgeting. This is grrrreat!
