今天只吃一顿,刚吃撑了,撑的我想🤮
炸鸡198g、火鸡面564g、辣白菜90g、果汁250ml
火鸡面里加了250ml脱脂牛奶、芝士100g、海苔1片、鸡蛋1个
一会去健身房练背,有氧爬坡

只要是不练腿或者体能,练前我吃饱也无所谓,不会想吐。练腿和体能前我一般只吃南瓜补点碳水
