早餐:核桃芝麻黑豆粉、鸡蛋白
午餐:南瓜、凉拌莲菜
晚餐:南瓜、凉拌莲菜
晚上练后加餐:速食鸡胸
昨晚做可可毛巾卷的时候,吃了不少边角料,今天的莲菜又是高碳水,真的是碳水爆表啊!
中午休息睡觉,晚上练胸、拳击、有氧爬坡
