It very difficult to control your diet when you are away, going to restaurants. Last weekend I've been to Newquay, an amazing beach in England and I did a wonderful surf class. Despite trying to eat healtly, I've managed to eat more than my rdi in both days.

I will weight myself at lunchtime and I am sure I put some weight, so I think I am very close to feel my first "defeat" since I started in this website. I just don't want to be let down by this.

update: +200g. Not as bad as it could have been... Will try to work harder this week :)

I agree!!! I ALWAYS overdue my RDI while on Vacations and Restaurants...it's soooo hard to stay on track. We CAN do this!!! This week will be AWESOME for us!! :D
