I binged on caramel popcorn and other garbage the whole of yesterday for no reason. I just did like 16 hours of mindless eating. Cried like hell at night because I regretted what I've done. I shouldnt have let myself go like that. Really shouldnt.
Didn't manage to skip my lunch today either. Had minimal food though. Still, I feel like a sinner inside out. I feel like i'm made up of caramel popcorns and wobbly fats.
Im going to push myself to run later on and do a weigh-in. F*** it even if the scale shoots up.
