SOOOOOO frustrated :( I don't get it. I am watching what I eat. I don't exceed 1400 cal daily. I know I'm not exercising, but damn I shouldn't be going up on the scale.

Hi! I can understand your frustration, I've been there. Maybe you could strive for a better balance of your protein/fat/carbs so that the focus is more on protein and good carbs (whole grains/veggies) in your diet? I struggle with getting enough protein too (I'm not a big meat eater) but I find that when I do achieve that balance my weight loss tends to be greater. Hang in there- it's going to happen for you!!!

Hi I also struggled and then I worked out a 5 meal a day 1200cals diet using my fatsecret cal counter app. So I increased my meals within a 12 hour cycle and I'm currently loosing about 4kgs a week. I only weigh myself every 2 weeks so that my loss is a bigger motivation. I also eat exactly the same thing every day at exactly the same time. I am almost 40 years old myself so I know how difficult and frustrating to try and loose when you get older. I hope it helps :)
