午餐:蒸南瓜、清炒西葫芦
晚餐:蒸南瓜、孜然炒鸡胸
加餐:西红柿

今中午练肩和手臂,有氧爬坡
明天小伙伴过生日,晚上要早点回家给他做好吃的,就不练啦!
