开心,今天我教练给我写了保证书,以后上课绝对按时,绝不让我再等😝😝😝!
早饭:鸡蛋、豆浆
午餐:红薯、涮牛肉卷、辣翅2对
晚餐:南瓜、鸡胸肉、香蕉

中午上了一节腰腹,晚上练腿和拉伸,有氧爬坡
