早餐:红枣豆浆、鸡蛋
午餐:蒸南瓜、鸡腿肉
这会心情很不爽,吃了块芝士蛋糕,晚饭估计吃不下了。
中午练了背、有氧爬坡,晚上看情况吧,不知道是继续练,还是跟人吵架去!

还不是因为我教练嘛,真的是死直男,气得我半死,两天了都没发现我生气了,非要我闹到他们经理那,才知道我生气了跑来哄我,气死我了
