I weighed this yesterday too and it is SO awesome being back in the 150s, even if it is barely! ;) Had a busy day yesterday, so I didn't track anything and I had a high-cal, protien packed date dinner with my hubby, so I was surprised to still be "skinny" this morning. Now time to get back on track for 158 by this Fri!
72.3 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
