Well, I got off my fanny and did a workout today, Tae Bo, and burned over 600 calories in the 45 min workout. I feel great and can't wait to keep it up, which is a great feeling. My eating is still doing very well and I am hoping to keep it up along with my exercising. I seem to have trouble doing them at the same time. I either eat great and slack on the exercise, or exercise like a fiend and eat alot. I really feel like I can do it this time, especially since I am so close and just want to be there already. Wish me luck:)

You're probably eating a lot because you're exercising a lot. I wouldn't worry about that just as long as what you are eating is nutrient dense.

Well it sounds like you are on the right track - I did the same @ first (ate more when working out) - now it's pretty much tapered off and I'm eating the amounts that I should be. So give it some time and you might see the same thing. I'm getting to the point now, when I get that 2nd exercise in during the day, I'm not as hungry @ dinner time like I used to be. You're doing great - keep it up!!!
