Well, I got off my fanny and did a workout today, Tae Bo, and burned over 600 calories in the 45 min workout. I feel great and can't wait to keep it up, which is a great feeling. My eating is still doing very well and I am hoping to keep it up along with my exercising. I seem to have trouble doing them at the same time. I either eat great and slack on the exercise, or exercise like a fiend and eat alot. I really feel like I can do it this time, especially since I am so close and just want to be there already.
