Missed getting to the farmer's market today. Will refocus and check out our menu for the week and make a trip to one of our other options. I'm excited about keeping to the calories, but am finding myself not making the best food choices. I need to keep to the fruits and veggies better and increase my water intake. My S-I is giving me fits and my schedule is just nuts. I really want to get up early and get in my morning walks again. Just seems impossible right now. So, baby steps. Don't get discouraged. Yep, pep talk night!
