Having a HANGRY day but holding well on my RDI. Just ate a carrot and did a 7 minute workout. Hopefully that will hold me till supper. Maybe a cup of tea now. I’d like nachos and all the cheese, though. #prednisonewoes #notlosingbutnotgaining
