I finally bought ketosis strips last week. I didn't want to spend the money (15 bucks!!), but I am glad I did. I can see where I am and keep track of how foods are affecting me. Although, I think I am beginning to be able to just feel the difference in my body too.

Good for you. Looks like you are off to a great start. If you haven't done it yet, make sure that you take body measurements. This will help us see our progress, especially when the scale starts acting up. Not sure where you bought the sticks at, but the last ones I got were from CVS. It was a 2 pack of 50 each for $20. Better priced than Wal-Mart.
