ok I went swimming & did kickboxing today but I went a little too far with the celebrating today & binge ate :( man I ate 4 slices of pizza for dinner tonite, I just miss the taste of pizza I wanted to eat some till I was miserably full....why does this happen? oh well, tomorrow is a new day & time to get refocused.
