早餐:芝麻核桃黑土豆粉、南瓜椰子蛋糕(吃了一小半)、饺子2个、饸饹86g
今天就吃两顿饭,这是第一顿,下午2点去健身房上课,今天练腿,还有拉伸,有氧就椭圆仪吧
上课前吃剩下的南瓜椰子蛋糕,练完喝个蛋白粉,今天的进食结束
