Well, mid way thru my second week. I really love this web site and all the great people on it!! Have already made some great buddies and looking forward to the weeks to come.
Went out to dinner tonight with my daughter, but we went to Sweet Tomatos, so I could try to somewhat stay on track. Did pretty good I think, stuck with the salads, had a sweet potato and unsweetened tea. (Closed my eyes and pretended not to see the pizza and pasta and bread and cookies......)
So after surviving the diner out, I came home and walked 35 min- did it really fast,,,and had to come up a pretty good hill...hot tired but feel good!!
