@somnambulism00 僅限隔日斷食歐,吃一天斷一天(嚴格的全斷只能喝水+玫瑰鹽),能製造大量赤字所以才不會胖,雖然不用算但還是不能一直吃垃圾食物啦😂😂😂,因為你也不可能吃太誇張的卡路里
