운동하고 너무 기운없어서 목살.닭가슴살 볶볶. 다먹고 고구마 하나 더 먹음.그리고.. 150칼로리 약과도 먹음😥

그러게 어제는 정말 기기운없고 머리아프고 그랬는데 낮에 좀 먹었다고 낫네요. 근데 약과먹은게 후회되고ㅠ 뭔가 식단병에 걸린거같아요😂
