Last friday I got a call from the Dr office and they said that I passed my test to see if I have diabetes, however they want me to go off any type of diets that I am on and have another test this Thusday to see if my sugar levels go up. So for the next couple of days no diets or low fat or low cal or anything like that on a good note if my sugar level goes up it means that I can control it with diet.
I am working on working out.........LOL I got this pedometer so I can see how many steps I take during the day however I noticed yesterday that it doesn't pick up the steps when I do my work out videos so I am going to have to put in my work outs a little diffrent when I chart them. I would like to get to 5,000 steps and work my way up to 10,000 steps a day.
I will not be charting my food for the next week but I will come on here and chart my exercise and hopefully I wont gain.
