午餐:
先喝一杯火龙果香蕉榨汁,然后去上一节腰腹训练,跑步机有氧半小时
一会练完回去3点吃饭,炒鸡腿肉(配菜青椒、洋葱、土豆),去食堂要了根扯面

晚餐:
今晚练背,椭圆仪有氧半小时,练完用牛奶冲个蛋白粉喝就行了
