Ok. All these summer vacations/parties are killing my waist line. I went to Miami this past wknd and ate and drank like a friggin fish! I gained. But I'm happy. I'm restarting p90x. My friend is doing it with me. She is great motivation bc at times I'l like to give the hell on up. Gonna stick to it this time. Gotta be in a sexy Halloween costume and booty shorts for NYE (underneath my church dress. I just wanna be able to get in some!) I can do it. Oh yeah I go to day shift weeke after next and I'm sure havinga regular schedule will help tremendously. That's all folks!!
