어제 식이 나름 잘했고! 운동도 2시간 완료했음!
새벽에 배고파서 잠이 잘 오는 단점이 있었지만... 이제 시작이니까 ㅎㅎ
오늘도 6시 이후 금식 + 1시간 운동 화이팅하자!!
