dinner consists of 60g of apples, 10g of whey protein, 90g of onions and 150g of carrots. Totaling around 200cals :)

Do you eat the onion raw?

Nope. Its a yellow onion, so I have to boil it for about 3-4mins, otherwise its too overpowering to eat.
