well I've eaten more peanut butter than I should be, but I'm still on a downward trend. I have my spotting problem back but at least with IT I know I'm really in ketosis, it just sucks to have it all day everyday that I'm in it...if it means I'm losing weight then I guess have a constant TOM is not a bad thing.
