As you can see, I gained. I have not even logged on. I am in a deep depression and I have just given up. I need something to beleive in.

Girl, do yourself a favor and dont beat yourself up about it. Its just life. And , i hope no one comes down too hard on me for this, its going to be over soon- so in reality you obviously havemore detrimental things to worry about. For now just try the basic stuff. If your going to over eat , make it a salad with yummy tomatoes on the vine and aromatic cucumbers, some ceaser dressing is better than ranch. Just cause Diet has the word Die in it -you really shouldn't be killing yourself, sweetie. Baby steps Baby steps. The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step, Rome wasn't built in a day,and yadda yadda. All those inpirations you have forgotten in your darkened state are still there waiting for you pick one to get thought that day. Like everything else - its different for each one of us. Take a walk. Breath in slow and hold it then let it out slow. SMELL the air(do this at a park or someplace thats not a freeway) FEEL the sun on you, LOOK at bright colors in nature around you. Remember- YOU ARE made of stardust, YOU ARE as part of everything as the light from the sun. Just try to relax on youself - give yourself some beathing room, ok ?

Take a deep breath! It sounds like you are feeling very sad. I am sorry you are going through the rough stuff right now, but you have to believe that things can and WILL get better! For weight as in life...we will have our ups and downs...and the only way to pick yourself up again is not to dwell on the past or beat yourself up about things you can't change (whats done is done. Don't use your depression as an excuse to stop trying...that will only give you more reasons to be upset. Just get back on track and remember...slow and steady wins the race. You do have something to believe in: yourself and your ability to change your life for the better...one moment, one choice, one day at a time. Good luck, perk up...its hard, but we're all in it together. :)
