Morning everyone,
Today was a fun trip to Target with my 2 year old. A definite favorite for us both. She insisted on walking today and randomly took off running about 2 dozen times. I was a huffing, puffing, and sweating mess by the time I got home and got everything put away. Thanks for the intense workout, little one:) For some reason my body hasn't wanted to workout this week. I decided that rather than fighting it or feeling guilty, I will try to up my activity in other ways this week and rededicate myself starting Monday. Once I get the plan together and a goal, I get super motivated.

Sometimes you just need a major change in your workout plan to help keep motivated and it sounds like you've started that. A 2 yr old can definetly give you a huge workout w/out even knowing that they did it.

You are doing the right thing, don't force yourself or you will be miserable even more! You are doing great and to me keeping up with a 2 year old is exercise in itself! Keep up the great attitude!
