Well, it is the start of a new week...I drank my gallon of water, did some weight training and some stretches, light cardio/aerobic for about 20 min- boy am I going to be sore tommorrow- have not moved like that in a long while. My nephew joined today= Welcome to my buddy Little Bud!!!! Together we are going to lose this weight!!!!
