well since I'm on vacation this week & decided not to go anywhere, I chose to double up on my workouts! one class in the morning and another class at night. today I took a athletic training class for an hour then went swimming after that! I feel wonderful, and the icing on the cake is I weighed myself and I'm finally out of the 190's weighing in at 189.4...sooooo proud of myself.
