Second day on slim fast. Feeling pretty good execpt for battling a nasty spring cold. worked upper body yesterday at gym with some free weights. plan on hitting treadmill this evening for a 30 min jog (probably at leisure pace). Went to bed kind of hungry last night. Still motivated to cut back on my foods for a couple of weeks. Drinking plenty of water! Going to try to stay focused and motivated to lose the weight I want to lose. One day at a time.
