Ran a mile on Sunday, was going to go to Total Body Conditioning with my daughter last night, but we were running late and she didn't want to go into class late. SO I went running/walking by myself instead.

Went to Zumba last week on Tuesday and Wednesday. All-in-all pretty proud of myself for exercising now 4+ times a week. Need to keep this up AND get my hubby to come along. I am worried about his tendancy toward abdominal fat and how it is going to effect his heart.
