I am just getting started. One question up front.
Is there anyplace I can find a brand name shopping list for this way of eating. My husband does the shopping and would do much better if I told him exactly what to buy (bread, cereal, yogurt, etc) than he would do at reading labels.

Hi, depending on your food preferences here are a couple of suggestion - Kashi cereal, (I prefer the "heart to heart" flavors), Thomas whole wheat english muffins - for your Boca burgers. The boca burgers are much tastier that I expected! Most of your purchases are going to be fresh fruits, veggies, fish and chicken, so you should be safe there. Good luck!

Have you read the you on a diet book? It pretty well says that you should stay along the wall of the grocery dept that is where all the good for you stuff is, chicken, fish, turkey, fresh or frozen fruits and vegetables, eggs,ect... as far as cereals go I now look up that is where all the good for you stuff is. still have to read the labels on them though to make sure there is no HighFructose Syrup in them. Hope this helps out a bit.

Thank-you for your comments. I just started reading the book last night but since this morning was a Monday morning I wanted to have some items to start out with. I like Boca burgers and look forward to being able to use those with this plan. Thanks again!

Can anyone recommend a brand name and kind of yogurt? I would like it to be flavored. Plain yogurt is not for me (yet).
