I did it!! I met my goal!! I'm so proud of myself - changing my lifestyle to achieve this has been worth it. Now to add pounds back on - but in muscle, not fat!
90.7 kg Lost so far: 20.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
