sometimes the best thing is a new trainer! I really hope this one can bring new energy to your workout and even new moves and new progress! I wish I had a trainer! One day you will be on your own, and have to be strong on your own, you can do it, I really hope the new person is awesome for you!

I seem to do OK when there is no stress, but as soon as it gets stressful, even if I do manage to do OK with food and keep up with excercise...I still gain...Damn Cortisol!
