I have aquired a pretty bad case of poison ivy which has prevented me from working out for the past few days. Maybe I needed a break. I am very happy with my loss! This is the lowest I have been in years! I can wait til I am in the 270's! It looks so good!

127.7 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg. Still to go: 46.0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

way to go on the losses....sorry to hear you have a bad case of poison ivy...a few days off might do your body good..will make it wonder whats going on...
