@sonali i did proper dieting and learn portion control. Internet is my only guide. I have learnt about diet for 2 month and exercise. Than i started my transformation on 29 July. I watched almost 800 videos and read 20 different books. I can say u can trust GURU MAAN for reference his every advice is genuine and authentic.
